Tips for Planning Your Perfect Nerf Battle Party

Planning Your Event

  • Start with a rough guess of the number of players you plan on inviting. You can always add more players in-store.

  • Consider how much seating you will need during the serving time. You can always pull up an extra chair or two if needed.

    Each picnic table seats 6-8 adults.
    VIP includes 4 picnic tables
    MEGA includes 8 picnic tables

  • Passes included everything needed to play!

    Spectators (non-playing guests) are free and do not need a pass. We give the passes to you to distribute to your guests.

    Extra passes can be added in-store: $25 per player (includes The BIG Blasters).

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to pick up your passes and begin setting up. Food serving time is halfway through the event. Play, eat, play. There is plenty of time to decorate.

  • Games are led by The Battlefield Referees. Enjoy various game modes like Glow in the Dark, Parents VS Kids, Capture the Flag, Team Elimination, ZOMBIES VS Survivors, and more. Each game lasts 5 minutes with 30-second respawns.

  • All ages are welcome to play.

    An adult must accompany players under 6.

    Players must be able to leave their glasses on to play by themselves.
