Party Hostess is assigned to your private party room and can help with decorating, serving food packs, ordering from the concession, and even in giving an extra hand to help serve your cake. The hostess is there to help your party run smooth!

What is the VIP Armory Upgrade Package?
Your entire party gets a weapons upgrade.
All players can use any of the Arsenal 1 or 2 guns and exchange them for a different gun as often as they'd like from your private armory.

Your party also gets to share 2 Rival Nemesis MXVII-10K.
Can I buy extra player passes?
Yes, extra passes are $6 and they can be purchased at the facility when you check-in or at the Armory during your party.
Guests 65 years and older play for free. Now grandma has no excuse!
For safety, your referee will limit the battlefield to 30 players at one time.
You may have more than 30 player passes, but the referee may ask for some rotation depending on the size of the players and the pace of the game.
Is there food we can order?
Yes, we have some great party food pack options and concessions.

The food packs are ordered the day of your party during check-in.

You are welcome to bring your party cake, desserts, and candy.
We have a fridge and freezer available for you to use.
All other food and drinks are prohibited... but don't worry, we have you covered. Check out the full concession menu below.

Can we bring in decorations and decorate?
Not only can you... we will help!
We love a cool party as much as you do, and we will help in any way we can.
If you want to bring candy as part of your decoration theme, no problem.
In addition to your tables, you will have a buffet table that you can decorate. The buffet table is a great place to put your party favors, gifts, and display your cake.
Please, no table confetti, pinatas or silly string
What time should we arrive for the party?
Party Host: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time. Arriving 30 minutes before your party will help it get off to an easy, stress-free start.
Party Guest: Ask your guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time to get their equipment.
What does a typical party schedule look like?
30 Minutes Prior to Party: Party Host arrives to get passes and take a quick tour.
15 Minutes Prior to Party: Guests arrive, pick up equipment & begin playing. Party Host decorates with our help if you'd like.
Party Start Time: Table(s) are decorated and ready for your guests
30-45 Minutes After the Party Starts: Food/cake time... we will gather the kids and bring them to your table(s)
15 Minutes Before the Party Ends: Pictures, equipment return & party host check-out.
How old does a child have to be to play?
Any and All Ages... This is one of the biggest perks of having a Private VIP Party. Because you have a private field, you control who plays.
Watching a group of 4 or 5-year-olds playing is about as cute as it gets... seeing grandma and grandpa joining in, makes it even better.
Can we bring our own guns and gear?
Yes, if you own a gun that you'd like to play with... bring it and we will supply the ammo.
We provide safety glasses for all players, but if you'd like to bring your own facemask, that is fine with us.
We also rent facemasks for $1.00
Do you rent other guns?
Yes, we have over 20 different guns to choose from.

How are the games structured?
Battlefield Referees facilitate the games
Games are structured to maximize fun. The shooters love knowing that their shots count... and the person that gets shot wants to get back in the game quickly.
The referees are very good at adjusting the games to best suit the party... it's all about having fun.
What is a GLOW Game?
Glow Games are glow in the dark games that completely change the look and feel of the game.
When we drop the house lights and turn on the black lights the field transforms... even the bullets glow!
Every VIP party gets a free glow game. If you'd like more glow, you can add it to your party for just $25 (can be added during your party) and your referee will rotate between normal play and glow.
Can I change my party date and time?
Paid-In-Full: If you opted to pay for your party in full at the time of booking, then you may make changes to your party date and time at no cost.
Deposit: If you held your party with a deposit, then booking changes are subject to a $50 fee.
Can I cancel my party?
Paid-In-Full: If you opted to pay for your party in full at the time of booking, then you may cancel your party with a 48-hour minimum notice for a full refund.
Deposit: Parties held with a deposit are non-refundable.
